CHANDON CLENARD is the culinary director for Guckenheimer at Google. He was most recently the corporate chef for the Phoenix-based healthy restaurant chain, True Food Kitchen. Prior to that, he was the senior associate director of culinary strategic initiatives for Stanford Dining. Chandon has also served as executive chef of Border Grill in Santa Monica, CA; corporate chef for Pacific Catch seafood chain; executive chef for Kimpton Hotels in San Francisco; and sous chef at Wolfgang Puck’s Spago in Palo Alto, CA. In addition, he was chef/owner of a nutrition-focused catering company in the San Francisco Bay Area. Chandon studied biology at Missouri State University and served as a medic in the U.S. Army.
