Amy is an active member of the Society for Hospitality and Foodservice Management, where her passion for corporate dining was nurtured, and which has fueled her drive for advocating on behalf of its professionals of all levels and interests. In 2008, she was honored to receive the coveted Silver Plate award, sponsored by the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association, for Foodservice Operator of the Year for Business and Industry. Amy is a graduate of the CIA, and prior to that, she received her BA in humanities cum laude from Hofstra University.
