Lauren leads Menu Strategy for Chick-fil-A, Inc., which includes responsibility for menu innovation, nutrition and ingredient development, as well as shaping meaningful communications about the menu. Lauren joined Chick-fil-A in 2016 on the Brand Strategy team to lead communications planning and marketing support for all menu tests and rollouts. She brought with her a consumer background in insight generation and innovation from her time at Johnson & Johnson, where she worked for 8 years in U.S. and International marketing roles. There she led global integrated brand communications and new product launches in Asia, Europe, and South America. She also led U.S. consumer advertising campaigns and built digital and shopper marketing strategies for some of the nation’s largest retailers.
