Robert McCormick ’98 is brand chef for True Food Kitchen where he leads a passionate collective of accomplished chefs for the health-driven restaurant brand. Robert believes delicious dining and conscious nutrition should go hand in hand. Robert is greatly influenced by new ingredients and adventurous food combinations. The use of globally inspired cuisine and seasonal cooking was instilled early on by culinary masters Guenter Seeger, Daniel Boulud, and Michael Richard, with whom Robert worked closely.
