Adela Balderas, PhD

Adela Balderas Cejudo is a professor at Deusto Business School, University of Deusto, and at Basque Culinary Center. She holds a PhD in Business Administration and Management from the University of Deusto. She is a researcher at the University of Oxford, an affiliated professor at MIT Media Lab and RCC Harvard University, and holds an Executive MBA, a master's in Marketing from the University of the Basque Country, and a master's in Professional Coaching. She has studied and trained in Professional Coaching and Leadership Coaching at New York University, Stanford University, and Harvard University (USA), as well as training in Creativity at Saint Martin’s College, London (UK). Dr. Balderas is a guest lecturer at national and universities worldwide. She is a consultant and speaker in areas such as leadership, management skills, and communication.  Adela is also the author of "Reinvent Your Leadership: 12 Keys to Managing Teams. (Bilbao, Spain)
