The 2019 Menus of Change Annual Report was released prior to the 7th annual Menus of Change leadership summit in June 2019. Developed in collaboration with the Menus of Change Advisory Council—the report provides groundbreaking, evidence-based strategies for foodservice executives. The Principles of Healthy, Sustainable Menus provides guidance for the foodservice industry.
