Baker Smith

Baker Smith is a seasoned senior technology leader with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations modernize, enter new markets, and improve agility and innovation. As CIO, he leads Aramark’s technology agenda to deliver technology-enabled experiences that fuel profitable growth. He joined Aramark in 2018 as Chief Technology Officer, where he focused on reimagining customer experiences and advancing a B2B2C approach to enable innovation. Previously, he held leadership roles at Accenture in New York City, including Managing Director, serving clients across financial services, healthcare, retail, transportation, travel, hospitality, and natural resources. His experience also includes work with Royal Caribbean Cruises Limited, Independence Blue Cross, Best Buy, UnitedHealth Group, and multiple GE businesses, as well as AMP, National Australia Bank, and Bank of America.
