Christie Dufault

Christie Dufault is a wine educator at the Culinary Institute of America where she has taught at the California and New York campuses for over fifteen years. Previously, Christie worked for two decades as a sommelier in fine dining restaurants including Vincent's in Phoenix and Quince in San Francisco. Christie has published articles in the SOMM Journal and the Art of Eating magazine. She co-authored a cooking + entertaining book titled Two in the Kitchen with her spouse, the writer Jordan Mackay. Christie earned her undergraduate degree at Simmons College and her masters degree at Sonoma State University. (Kingston, NY)
