Eric Montell ’89 is the executive director for R&DE Stanford Dining and co-director/co-founder of the CIA-Stanford Menus of Change University Research Collaborative (MCURC). He oversees the Stanford University residential dining program serving over 4,000 undergraduate and 7,000 graduate students, #1 global rated executive dining program, Performance Dining for student athletes, Teaching Kitchen @ Stanford, and Stanford Flavor Lab. He is a member of the Menus of Change Business Leadership Council. His passion for great food and hospitality comes from living and traveling extensively. (Palo Alto, CA) @stanforddining
