Jeff Clark leads sustainability and nutrition programs for the National Restaurant Association. For nearly 14 years, he has helped brands reduce waste and grow better-for-you menus. He runs the Kids LiveWell program and launched a first-of-its-kind regenerative agriculture training initiative for major chains. Jeff also teaches at Georgetown University and serves on the board of Zero Foodprint, a nonprofit focused on regenerative farming. Jeff holds a master’s in public policy from Duke University and a physics degree from UC Santa Cruz. When he isn't working, he's a father and armature photographer. (Bethesda, MD)
