Known for his technical precision, bold flavor profiles, and his commitment to the authentic Filipino cuisine of his heritage, Cariaso impressed judges with intricate dishes like his signature Filet Pithivier. Currently based in New York City, he works as a Sous Chef at Manhatta, a Danny Meyer fine-dining restaurant.
