Lynn Gigliotti ’88 is an associate professor of culinary arts at The Culinary Institute of America. With nearly 50 years of industry experience, Chef Gigliotti has managed both front- and back-of-house operations, including owning and operating Grappa restaurant and Gigliotti Culinary Concepts catering in Atlanta. Since joining the CIA faculty in 2003, she has shared her expertise through teaching and food media, notably as a longtime columnist for the Poughkeepsie Journal and author of CIA at Home: Mediterranean Cooking. She is a graduate of The Restaurant School of Philadelphia and the CIA at Hyde Park. (Philadelphia, PA)
