Michael Fraino brings 24 years of Compass culinary experience to his role, with the last 19 years with RA and previously with Flik. Prior to joining Compass Group, Michael trained at La Cinzianella, Corgeno Vergiate Italy which was invaluable experience for him. He has held leadership roles in various premier accounts in the company, including Jefferies, American Express and Morgan Stanley, most recently Chef Fraino was promoted to Supervising Chef in 2023.
