Mike Lee is the principal futurist of The Future Market, a consultancy exploring what our food system could look like in the next 5 to 50 years. He is the author and designer of Mise: On the Future of Food, a book of scenarios depicting potential food futures from 2033 to 2067, and hosts "The Tomorrow Today Show" podcast.
In the early 2000s, Mike founded Studiofeast, one of NYC's first underground supperclubs, where he served as both chef and operator. He later led product development on the Innovation & New Ventures team at Chobani, and has since created future scenarios for companies including Danone, Mars, and Campbell's.
Mike is a frequent global speaker, featured in The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Fast Company, and The New York Times.
