Robin Puskas acts as Head of Culinary at The Center for Culinary Development and Innovation (CCDI), where she leads the Chefs’ Council and works closely with chefs, operators, and brands to bring thoughtful food and beverage concepts to market. With over 20 years of experience in product development and commercialization, she specializes in taking ideas from kitchen to scale without losing what makes them uniquely wonderful.

A graduate of The French Culinary Institute, Robin began her career working with Greenmarket farmers, designing and hand packing products in farm kitchens to extend the growing season. She now works equally closely with founder teams and global multi-national food companies to build products that deliver on flavor, nutrition, and real-world execution.
