Terri Brownlee, MPH, RD, LDN is Vice President of Food Education and Wellness at Bon Appétit Management Company and a national leader in sustainable food systems and culinary nutrition. She oversees wellness, food literacy programming, plant-forward strategy, and allergen management across more than 1,000 cafés serving 200 million meals annually, while providing executive leadership for proprietary menu management, transparency, and wellness technology.
