Tiffany Poe ‘02 is a chef, educator, entrepreneur, and innovation strategist working at the intersection of culinary leadership, workforce development, and emerging technology. A James Beard and IACP Scholar, Tiffany has spent more than two decades training and mentoring over 10,000 students across every level and landscape of the professional culinary, hospitality, and food systems education ecosystem.
She is the creator of the Chef Brain™ framework, a five-dimensional model that translates how chefs think, decide, and lead into future-ready learning and leadership systems. Tiffany consults with institutions and organizations on AI-infused education and operational implementation, advises on human-centered innovation in foodservice and hospitality, and currently teaches Culinary Strategy and Food Systems Innovation in the School of Graduate and Professional Studies. Her work centers on preserving what is fundamentally human in food while equipping chefs and leaders to thrive in a rapidly evolving, technology-enabled world.
