Research and Community Manager, Culinary Institute of America
Valentina Córdoba is the Research and Community Manager for the Center for Food and Beverage Leadership at The Culinary Institute of America, where she works across the Healthy Kids Collaborative and the Menus of Change University Research Collaborative. In this role, she manages multi-site academic and operational research focused on sustainable food systems and dietary behavior change.
With a background in economics and sustainability, her work explores food as a socio-political, cultural, and ecological driver of transformation. Her career spans international research and creative practice, including roles at the Institute of Environmental Science & Technology in Barcelona and the FONDECYT Project in Chile. She is also co-founder of LIMINAL, a creative studio that merges gastronomy, visual arts, and performance.
Valentina holds a degree in Economics, a Master’s in Sustainability, and a Master’s in Food and Art Studies, alongside a culinary degree. Originally from Barcelona, she is currently based in New York City, NY. linkedin.com/in/valentina.cordoba
